Resolution passed at a meeting of the committee of the Hay Railway Co. that a drawback of 1s per ton would be allowed to all traders who would sell their best coal at Hay at £1 per ton and their lime coal at 18s per ton, and of 1s 6d per ton to traders who would sell their best coal at Eardisley at £1.3.0 per ton and lime coal at £1.1.0 per ton; and a proportional drawback would be allowed after the above rates for all coal sold on other parts of the road.
