Volume containing typescripts intitled 'Copy schedules to settlement of the Tredegar estates dated 1st July 1896. Rider, Heaton & Co., Lincoln's Inn'. The volume contains carbon copies of the schedules to a deed of settlement dated 1 July 1896. The first schedule (pp. 80-419) lists freehold estates and hereditaments (leases dated at lease 1826-95) in the counties of Monmouthshire, Glamorgan, Breconshire, Herefordshire, Kent and Middlesex, and in the city of London.
