Recites a mortgage for £5,000, dated 16 and 17 June 1755, between Lewis Watson, lord Londes, and Sir Mathew Lamb of Brocket Hall, Hertfordshire, bart, of manors and in Great Gidding called Moynes Manor, Eugains Manor and Priors Manor, and the rectory and the advowson of Great Gidding, all in Huntingdonshire, the manor, impropriate rectory and advowson of the vicarage of Garthrop, Leicestershire, and divers m's, farms, etc., in Huntingdonshire and Leicestershire, and recites further charges of £3,000, 17 Dec. 1755, and £1,000, 29 March 1758.
