1 Thomas Hill of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esq., devisee of the estates in fee and for terms of years under the will of the late Mary Tufton, dec., in trust for 2 and 3. 2 Lady Mary Duncan of Queen Ann Street West, p. St Mary-le-bone, widow. 3 Lady Charlotte Tufton of Seamore Place, p. St George Hanover, spinster. Release by 1, by the direction of 2, to 3 of part of Lewis, lord Londes's estate comprised in a mortgage to Mrs Tufton, dec., for securing £9,000 and interest. Recites a mortgage for £5,000, dated 16 and 17 June 1755, between Lewis Watson, lord Londes, and Sir Mathew Lamb of Brocket Hall, Hertfordshire, bart, of manors and in Great Gidding called Moynes Manor, Eugains Manor and Priors Manor, and the rectory and the advowson of Great Gidding, all in Huntingdonshire, the manor, impropriate rectory and advowson of the vicarage of Garthrop, Leicestershire, and divers m's, farms, etc., in Huntingdonshire and Leicestershire, and recites further charges of £3,000, 17 Dec. 1755, and £1,000, 29 March 1758.
