Release And Quitclaim by Thomas Edmund of Llanthomas, gent., and Henry Thomas of the same, his son and heir, to David Phelip Hoell of Llansoye, gent., of all right in a mesuage, orchard, garden and two parcels of land, with appurtenances, in the parish of Llanthomas in the lordship of Uske, of which the messuage, garden and one parcel of land lie together between the way leading from Llangoven to Monmouth on the west, the land of the said David and the stream there running on all parts; the second parcel and the orchard lying together between the said way on the east, the land of John Stephyn on the west, and the said stream on the north.
