Biographical history
Richard W. Walker was a further education lecturer in England and Singapore. From 1966-1970, he taught at Thurrocks Technical College, Grays, Essex, covering geography and quality control; in 1970-1976, he taught in the Business Studies Department, Sunderland Polytechnic, Northumberland, and in 1976-1979, he taught Business Studies at Ngee Ann Technical College, Singapore. He then returned to England, moving to Orpington, Kent.
