A part of the volume may be in the hand of John Jones, 1747. Bound into the volume is a notice, 20 June 1828, from the church-wardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of Llanfihangel, Montgomeryshire to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of Llangyniew of a proposed appeal against a removal order by the Court of Quarter Sessions. Mounted on the blank dorse of one leaf is a printed prospectus of Y Gwyliedydd [1822].
