A volume, compiled in 1883, containing memorials, reports of deputations, press cuttings and other manuscript and printed items, 1882, arguing the case for Cardiff rather than Swansea as the site for the proposed university college for South Wales and Monmouthshire, and submitted to the arbitration of Chichester Samuel Fortescue, Baron Carlingford, Lord President of the [Privy] Council.
