Rad., now in the possession of 1 or of James Lewes, gent., and Anne his wife, mother of 1, excepting one m. (inhabitant named) and one m. inhabited by 1 called Tir Glan Dylas, both in p. Diserth, and also excepting all lands in p. Llanelwedd on the south side of a common called Keven Dyrys in a place there called Ystradoeth Llanelweth (other boundary given), to the use of 1 and Gwenllian his wife for life and after their decease to the use of Edmond Hurdman, son and heir apparent of 1 and his lawful heirs.
