Kynvel, [p. Tywyn], except a parcel of land called Kayr Gwastadroyd being late part and portion of Jenkin ap Rytherch, dec., late father of the said Lewis, to the use of E.L. for life, to the use of the said Lowry for life and to the use of their eldest son (further uses specified), and the said parcel of land called Kaer Gwastadroyd, a m. called Tythyn Llainrhayarnog, part of a meadow containing one day's math of hay lying in a place called Gwerglodd y Domen, t. Kynvel aforesaid to the use of the said Lewis for life, to the use of E.L. for life and to his eldest son (further uses specified), with Covenant by 2 to pay £20 to redeem the premises from a mortgage thereon.
