[called Tythyn Gruffith ap Ieuan] etc. Witnesses: David Foulke, Moris Johnes, Raphe ap Robert Weaver, etc. Vellum. Latin; together with a deed whereby Hugh [ ] sells to Hugh Jones [ ] a messuage and tenement called Tythin [ ]. Vellum fragment, the deed nearly all consumed by rats. (No. 1450 is in two fragmentary pieces - these pieces were found at different times during the process of cataloguing the documents).
