Biographical history
The Daily Worker was a daily newspaper, founded as an organ of the Communist Party in 1930, which changed its name to the Morning Star in 1966. In 1946 ownership of the Daily Worker was formerly transferred to a non-party co-operative, the People's Press Printing Society.
