297 Mounted 35mm Kodak transparencies taken in Patagonia following his award of a Winston Churchill fellowship . They include views in Welsh settlements in Patagonia such as Trelew, Gaiman, Drofa Dulog, Trevelin and Esquel.

The individual slides have, as far as possible, been organised into the order they were taken within each of the films. As KW seems to have photographed some localities on more than one occasion no attempt has been made to place the films themselves in the order they were taken. Identification of the films was attempted by reference to the characteristics placed by the processing house on each mount eg red or black lettering, size of font etc.
