Miscellaneous papers relating to administrative procedures of central government and the interest of the Pryse family as Members of Parliament, 1708-1880, They comprise a copy, dated 1708, of Mr Price’s speech in the House of Commons, 1695’; a presentment of the Grand Jury for the county of Middlesex, 1723; reports and a letter concerning the Corn Laws, 1790-1814; votes and proceedings in the House of Commons, in particular on the Reform Bill, 1822-1849; various Bills and Acts of Parilament, 1832-1880; a Chartist pamphlet [c. 1840]; a petition about education [mid-19th cent.]; and returns to the House of Commons on numbers of electors and steam vessels in Britain, 1857.
