Biographical history
Ganwyd Tom Williams (1899-1986) yn Temple Bar, sir Aberteifi. Aeth i Goleg Prifysgol Cymru, Aberystwyth, yn 1916 a graddiodd yn y Gymraeg. Ymunodd â staff Geiriadur Prifysgol Cymru, ac arhosodd yno hyd ei ymddeoliad yn 1965. Dychwelodd i Temple Bar i fyw yn 1978. Ysgrifennodd erthyglau, ar bynciau crefyddol a llenyddol yn bennaf, ar gyfer amrywiol gyfnodolion a phapurau newydd, gan gynnwys Y Tyst a Llais Aeron. Bu farw ar 21 Rhagfyr 1986.
