Much of the correspondence relates to applications for financial assistance, requests for support and invitations to individuals to serve on the steering committee. The correspondents include Gwynfor Evans, Peter Hain MP, Jan Morris, Paul Murphy MP, Siân Wheldon and Dafydd Wigley MP. There is also a paper produced by the Campaign in response to a Welsh Office consultation paper on 'The Structure of Local Government in Wales', 1991; and a paper by Eleri Carrog, Chair of Charter Wales, entitled 'The Position in Wales after the General Election', July 1992.
