Scope and content

Literary papers and correspondence of the Anglo-Welsh poet Tony Curtis, including manuscript and typescript drafts of published and unpublished writings, notably poetry, plays, works of fiction and criticism, which include poetry and prose inspired by Curtis's poetry reading tours of the United States and by his collaborative work with American poets during the 1970s and 1980s; together with letters from publishers and from prominent Anglo-Welsh writers and other literary acquaintances and poetry and prose by other largely Anglo-Welsh writers.
