Has been approached by Mr Jack Hylton (see A1/237a) to nominate someone who would be a worthy member of the Board which he is assembling in connection with regional ITV. Has ventured to suggest Huw T. Edwards, and urges him not to turn it down out of hand. Many of the other directors are reputable individuals. Could Huw T. Edwards respond to the request promptly?.
