Cotton, Combermere Abbey, Nantwich, Cheshire, to Sir John Philippart, Military Library, Whitehall; together with a copy of the reply, 1820, to the speech by the House of Assembly, [Barbados], vigorously attacking Combermere's conduct as governor.
