Account books, 1864-1932, of Richard Watkins, Trecastle, Breconshire, and an account book and manuscript roll, 1867-1923, relating to Trecastle Calvinistic Methodist church, of which the Reverend David Henry Williams, son-in-law of Richard Watkins, was minister from 1912 to 1933.

Manuscripts of Watcyn Wyn, including a number of Welsh sermons and a catechism in his autograph, and various eisteddfod compositions and adjudications.

This collection comprises notebooks containing poetry, sermons, etc., by Robert Thomas (Ap Vychan) (1809-1880), Congregational minister, poet, etc.

A small collection which comprises sermons by Thomas R. Jones, Rome, New York State, an essay on druidism by David Owen Thomas, and etymological notes, also by David Owen Thomas.

This collection comprises poetry by Robert Southey and correspondence between him and his friend and patron Charles Watkin Williams Wynn, son of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, 4th bart, of Wynnstay, Denbighshire, also letters to Charles's brother, Sir Henry Watkin Williams Wynn. There are 540 letters from Southey to Charles, 364 from Charles to Southey and 759 from Charles to Henry (see also NLW MSS 2789-2806).

Papers, 1891-[1922], of Frank Phillips comprising reminiscences of his voyages to India, Burma, Zimbabwe and South Africa and a diary, 1891-1892, which Phillips kept whilst in Zimbabwe.

Smith's non-payment of the poll tax, including correspondence, agenda and minutes of meetings of the Rhymney Valley CAPT, press cuttings; press cuttings and a petition against the first Welsh poll tax imprisonment, 1991; leaflets and posters, and bills and receipts, 1990-1991.

Records accumulated by John Clement as a civil servant, 1942-1958, including records of the Welsh Reconstruction Advisory Council, 1942-1945; records relating to education and hill sheep farming, 1942-1943; papers relating to the Welsh woollen industry, 1954-1958; and records relating to the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire, 1954-1958.

A further box of papers was received August 2007. This group remains uncatalogued.

Diaries, 1910-1945, concerning his work and Capel Mair; accounts and notes relating to his work, 1907-1944; notebooks containing details of sermons, 1907-1919; carbon copies of his business letters, 1922-1941, and letters relating to Capel Mair, 1936-1938, written by Thomas Jenkins.

Drafts of the donor's second novel Rifling Paradise (London, 2006), including a note by him on the text which was written in Australia and the first draft of the book's cover.
