Scope and content
A series of opinion polls, November 2002-November 2003, carried out across Wales to survey voting behaviour in the 2003 National Assembly election, including copies of tabulated results for polls conducted in November 2002 and November 2003; and a research report by NOP analysing the findings of a poll conducted shortly after the election in May, discussing issues such as voter turn-out and attitudes towards the campaign. The file also includes a typescript draft of the article 'No majority for Labour, Coalition government to continue...' by Denis Balsom, which appeared in the Western Mail, 23 November 2002, analysing the implications of the November 2002 opinion poll.
