Original bundle of papers relating to litigation pending between John Morgan of North Parade, Aberystwyth, and John Rees respecting (inter alia) property called Fagwrwen and Tycanol, formerly called Tanybryn, and Pantffynon, claimed by John Rees as heir-at-law of Jane Mason of Aberystwyth, dec. (d. 1875x1882), who claimed under the will of Isaac Mason, and also claimed by John Morgan as the personal representative of the said Jane Mason, the property being the subject of a mortgage. The papers include a schedule of property and writings of Jane Mason, dec., agreements, correspondence and receipts.
