The group comprises a small number of deeds relating to property in the parish of Llanycil, Merioneth, 1681, 1691, with an additional holding in Llanrwst, Denbighshire, and property in several Merioneth parishes, 1737.

Deeds and documents relating mainly to premises in Merioneth and Caernarfonshire, 1653-1782. Some of deeds relate to premises acquired by John Garnons, but most appear to belong to premises owned by his clients.
