Card., five cottages and a leasehold cottage at Rhydyfelin and a leasehold [Methodist] chapel or meeting house at Tynylone, all p. Llanbadarn Fawr, and to a farm called Cerrigterranau, p. Llanfihangel Genau'r-glyn, including conveyance of part of Martel to the North Pembrokeshire & Fishguard Railway Company, 1895.
