1 Thomas Parrie of Llanstephan, co. Rad., bachelor to. 2 Erasmus Price of Clirowe, yeoman, William Pritchard of Llowes, and Hugh Stevens of Llanstephan, yeoman. Marriage Settlement - in consideration of a marriage between the said Thomas Parry and Jaen, one of the dau's of the said Erasmus Price, and of £55 marriage portion - of the m. and appurtenances called Tey and Tyr yn y Kaie, otherwise Tyr merch Ievan Tewe, and a close of land of 15 a. called Tyr Maen Lloyd in Llanstephan upon Thomas Parry and Jaen, his then wife, for life, with remainder to their heirs. Proviso that, if the said Jaen die within 3 years of her marriage without issue, the sum of £30 to be paid to the said Erasmus Price, and the said William Prichard and Hugh Stevens to hold one half of the estate after the decease of Thomas Parry and Jaen, his wife, until the heir pay each younger child the sum of £40.
