Deeds, succession duty papers etc. concerning a m. called Lluest, previously called Lluest Gwilym, a m. called Bryncogau, and dwelling houses and parcels of land, all in t's Uchaf-yn-dre and Faenor Uchaf, p. Llanbadarn Fawr, belonging to John Hughes of Aberystwyth, solicitor (d. 1870), Arthur Johnson Hughes of the same, solicitor (d. c.1909) etc., including probate of will (dated 1865) of the said John Hughes, 1870; pre-nuptial settlement of the said Arthur Johnson Hughes and Mary Elizabeth Gilbertson of Aberystwyth, 1871, and a valuation of the two m's named above, 1900. Lluest was purchased by Principal Owen Prys in 1909. Bundle originally labelled 'Old Lluest deeds'.
