Lease by Pryse Pryse of Gogerddan, of houses recently erected at Tre’r-ddol in the parish of Llangynfelyn, 1816, followed by an assignment, 1833; counterpart lease of land enclosed from the waste of the manor of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, called Craig y Penrhyn, near the village of Tre’rddol, 1829, and copy of an agreement for its lease by William Mathew Thomas to James Thomas of Glanclettwr, 1898.
