Title deeds for houses and lands in Llannerch Goch in the parish of Llangynfelyn, 1546-1558. The main property is Y Tythyn Ucha yn y Llannerch Goch; there are deeds for purchases by Yeuan Gyttyn Dyo, 1546, and by Ieuan ap Gr' ap David, 1551/2; bonds and quitclaims by Rhydderch ap Ieuan ap Guttyn Deio and Rytherche ap Ieuan ap Gruff' ap D'd respectively, to John Vaughan ap Rudderch, 1557-1558; a gift by Thomas ap John ap Rudderch to Thomas D'd Gutto, which also includes Y Borth Nant, 1573; and a mortgage by Rignallt William of Llanfihangel Genau'r-glyn to Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1622. The other properties are Tyddyn y Vron Goch, mentioned in a bond to John ap Riys of the commote of Genau'r-glyn, 1567; and Y Llyast Yn Yr Ddisgwylfa, assigned by George Jones of Rhos Gillan, mortgagee of Humphrey Harry, to Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1671.
