Letters mainly to Longueville and Co., and occasional copies of outgoing letters, 1858-1914 (mainly 1874-1914) concerning the lease of the West Wye Valley mine [Llangurig]; the sale by Sir Watkin Williams Wynn to Sir Edmund Buckley of Yspyddadog, Brynmelyn and Gelligron in the parish of Llanfor, Merioneth, with particulars and a timber valuation; the marriage settlement of Charles Henry Wynn of Rug and [Frances Georgiana] Romer, 1876; a new road in Ruthin from Well Street to Market Street; payments for telegraph poles in the parishes of Oswestry, Llansilin and Llanrhaeadr, and Llanwddyn; and negotiation with Col. Cornwallis West about disputed shooting rights over the Daldryn in the parish of Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog. Correspondents include the Wynnstay agents Owen S. Wynne, Hugh R. Hughes, R.M. Thomas and Philip Godsal, John Williams of Gwernhefin, Bala, Ruthin Town Council, R. E. Birch of St Asaph, and Sir Watkin Williams Wynn.
