The book is said to have been given to John Roberts by Edithe Hungerford of Lea, the executrix of Thomas Hungerford of Lincolns Inn. Among the names written on blank leaves are Henry Wynn, Owen Wynn, Grace Williams, Katherine Lloyd, Katherine Wynn, Grace Wynn and Mary Bodvill.

A book of legal precedents and notes. There is a copy of the pardon granted by Henry V to Robert ab Meredith on f. 534. On f. 536 there are copies of Latin verses upon the death of Thomas Hungerford, who died 4 Aug. 1595, composed by S. Hanmer and R. Lloyd.
