Lease of a messuage in Saint Asaph abutting on the street leading from the cathedral church to the bridge on the north and west, on the alms houses on the east and on a parcel of ground on the south, which said parcel abutted on the said messuage and alms houses on the north, on the bishop's garden wall on the south and west, and on a piece of ground belonging to the late King's head on the east, and was itself leased along with the first mentioned messuage.
