Lease for a year, with view to release, by Edward Mostyn of Dymerchion co. Flint, gentleman, and Peter Edwards of Ruthin, co. Denbigh, gentleman, to William Rutter of Bryngwyn Escob, co. Flint, Esqre., and Sidney his wife, of lands in Maenerva in the parish of Dymerchion aforesaid, called Bach y ffâ canol, back y ffâ issa, and Gwerglodd hir and Cae Crwn. Signed and sealed by the lessors. Witnesses: Alice Rogers, John Williams, etc. Vellum. English. Attached is the deed of sale of the premises for £100, 4 June 1697. Also attached a paper bearing receipts of the said Peter for £48, and the said Edward for £52, parts of the purchase money, 4 June and 23 June 1697.
