- Rev. John Probyn, archdeacon of Landaff;. 2. Griffith Lloyd of Cardiff, draper, husband of Dame Henrietta Maria Stapylton, the last lessee of the premises hereby leased. Lease for twenty-one years, in consideration of a fine of one hundred and twenty pounds and the surrender of a former lease, of the church of Biston and its tithes as specified in Miscellaneous Deeds 91, dated 1816, July 1. The annual rent is four pounds. The lessee shall also pay six pounds annually to the priest appointed to serve the said church.
