- Richard Evans of the parish of Whitchurch, co. Glam., farmer;. 2. Jonathan David of the parish of Landaff, shoemaker. Lease for twenty-one years, if Alice and Richard and Thomas Evans, children of the lessor, shall live so long, of a newly-erected dwelling house with garden and buildings and a parcel of land having the turnpike road from Cardiff to Landaff on the east, lands of Mr. Herbert on the north, lands of Sir George Howell on the west, and lands late of Thomas Lewis, esq., on the south, together with other defined lands with all appurtenances and also with mineral rights, in the parish of Landaff.
