  1. Sir John Thomas of Wenvoe, co. Glam., Bart., and Dame Elizabeth, his wife;. 2. Edward Nickoll of the parish of Peterston-super-Ely, co. Glam., yeoman. Lease for ninety-nine years or for the lives of the lessee, Thomas son of William Nickoll his brother, and William son of John Evan his brother-in-law, of their tenement of meadow containing three acres in the parish of Peterstone, co. Glam., the lands of Sir John Awbrey, Bart., the lands of the heirs of Colonel Mathews, and the lands belonging to the Castle Amenagh Estate, formerly in the occupation of Arnold Pranch. Timber is excepted to the lessors. The annual rent is one shilling at Michaelmas, a couple of pullets, the work of one man at harvest time, and a heriot of five shillings at the death of each tenant. This lease is granted in consideration of twenty pounds.
