Accounts, receipts and other papers of John Pierce of Lodge Park, [p. Llangynfelyn], and later Brynllys, mine agent, Gogerddan agent and Custom House comptroller, 1789-1800, including letters from Lovedon, 1785-1791, a petition to HM Treausry for a lease of Esgair y Llee mine in the crown manor of Cwmwd Perfedd, 1794, and delapidations on leaving Lodge Park, 1799. Also includes an account of lettings of Gogerddan properties made at Tal-y-bont on Tuesday 17 Feb. 1795, including the name of the tenant and of the tenement, the acreage, the ancient rent, and the rent from Michaelmas 1795; at the other end of the volume is an account [of deposits?] (1 booklet; 9 pp.). Also includes papers of Hugh Hughes [of Dorglwyd?], 1791-1824, and James Hughes, 1824, a map of Dorglwyd lands, and plans (2) of farmhouses, [1820s?].
