[From the Peaceful Years]

A painting of a mountainous landscape. In the distance can be seen a large number of bell tents with the French and British flags flying above them. In the middle distance are more bell tents with the German Swastika and an Italian flag above them. The foreground is dominated by a large Japanese flag flying above more tents.

A 'Permanent Platinotype' print of a couple in late middle age. A studio portrait, the couple are arranged so that Mrs Phillips is standing on the right of her husband who is seated. Both look prosperous and well-dressed.
