Labour and Population,

Mainly offprints of articles and papers, 1936-1993, many written by Sir Goronwy Daniel, on anthropology, population changes and labour migration. There are also a few letters, research notes in the hand of Sir Goronwy, and press cuttings.

A printed volume containing the Proceedings of the Diamond Jubilee International Clean Air Conference held at London, 20-23 October 1959, by the National Society for Clean Air. Sir Goronwy Daniel contributed a paper on 'The Growth in World Fuel Consumption and its Threat to Clean Air'.

They include correspondence and papers relating to the attempts to unite Y Coleg Coffa and Coleg Bala-Bangor at Aberystwyth between 1981 and 1989. They also include the College's annual reports and accounts, financial papers, papers deriving from the proceedings of the committee set up to decide the location of a united college, and statistics relating to the attendance at the colleges. The file also contains notes for an address on 'Yr Ieuanc a Disgyblaeth Heddiw' delivered by Sir Goronwy at Cyfundeb Annibynwyr Penfro, 16 July 1980.
