Several longer poems are included, e.g. 'Dail y Pren yn Iachau y Cenhedloedd', 'Y Merthyr', 'Ei Seren Ef', 'Doctor Barnado', 'Unigedd', 'Y Parch. D. Lloyd Jones, Llandinam', 'Yr Eira', and 'Y Fellten', the last three having been published in Y Traethodydd, 1908 and 1909.
