The file contains an annotated copy of the Welsh Conservatives' manifesto, a copy of the Plaid Cymru manifesto, draft copies of the accord with annotations by the various parties, internal Conservative memos, correspondence within the Conservative Party, notes from meetings, a calendar and a copy of the subsequent 'One Wales' agreement between Welsh Labour and Plaid Cymru.
