1999 Election

The series consists of election addresses and leaflets circulated in the Welsh constituencies and in the five regional areas of Wales during the first election campaigns to the National Assembly for Wales in May 1999; materials produced by the political parties centrally for distribution throughout the whole of Wales; lists of party candidates and their political agents; papers relating to the convention of the elections and the conduct of the ballot; papers relating to the broadcasting of the election results at Wrexham; and press cuttings.
