Contains a copy of a typescript memorandum by Sir Alfred Mond, 'Memorandum Explanatory of Comparison of German and British Man-power', [1916]. There is also a copy of a memorandum entitled, 'Treatment of Clothing by Antiseptic Substances in relation to Wound Infection', 23 November 1916, together with a covering letter from an official at the War Office to Colonel David Davies.
