The original collection of Welsh Airs compiled and arranged by 'Orpheus' [James James] for the Llangollen Eisteddfod of 1858 (ff. 1-29 verso). Further Welsh airs, all arranged by Isalaw, dated July-August 1888 and in a different hand, are on ff. 30-34.
On f. 23 is the second extant manuscript appearance of 'Glan Rhondda' (Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau), the first being in NLW, Evan James MS 1.
