An account-book containing the account of Mr. Wilkins's Committee with [Mrs] Harriet Phillips, [Radnorshire Arms (Hotel), Presteigne, co. Radnor] for meals, refreshments, fodder, etc., September, 1834-January, 1835. The Mr. Wilkins referred to was Walter Wilkins (afterwards de Winton) of Maes-llwch Castle, co. Radnor, the successful candidate in the Radnorshire Parliamentary election held in January, 1835. The bill was settled 12 May 1835 and receipted by Rob. Phillips.
