Ang., which said premises were lately conveyed in exchange by Hugh Hughes of Carnarvon, gent., now dec., to Richard Bodychen of Bodychen aforesaid, esq., also dec. This deed is sealed but not signed, and apparently was not executed as there are no signatures of witnesses. The consideration is said to have been paid by Anne Sparrow, the party to the deed, but the demise is made to Anne Bodychen, while it is stated that the release is to be made to Anne Sparrow.
