Declaration of John Jones, of the town of Brecon, hallkeeper, to prove the burial and identity of Mrs Elizabeth Bonville, actress, the annuitant under the will of John Longfellow of the town of Brecon, gent., dated 16 May 1816 and proved 9 June 1823. Appended is a certified extract from the parish register of Llanstephan, co. Rad., recording the burial of Mrs Elizabeth Bonville, 31 Jan. 1834.

Declaration of John Maund of the town of Brecon, law clerk, that he had been an employee of Samuel Church of Ffrwdgrech, co. Brec., esq., (Nov. 1828-1 May 1845), and then of Elizabeth Morrice of Ffrwdgrech, his sister and heiress (May 1845-16 May 1846), and then of William Pearce and Mary Church Pearce his wife, of Ffrwdgrech (May 1846-29 Sept. 1854): that no payment was made during that time by any of them, of an annuity of £50 bequeathed by the will of John Longfellow of the town of Brecon, gent., made 16 May 1816 and proved 9 June 1823, to Mrs Elizabeth Bonville, otherwise known as Mrs Elizabeth Morgan or Mrs Elizabeth Lloyd; that indentures dated 10 Sept. 1783 (see No. 6), and 14 Sept. 1785 (see No. 8), remained in the custody of his employers 1828-54, and that no acknowledgement of a mortgage debt of £1,000 (see Nos 6 & 8), was made by any of them.

Declaration of David Thomas of the town of Brecon, gent. to prove the burial and identity of Mr William Hier, the annuitant under the will of Mrs Elizabeth Morrice of Ffrwdgrech, co. Brec., widow. Appended are a letter from Philip Edwards to Messrs Thomas and Banks (dated 5 Feb. 1858) relating to the annuity of £100 given by Mrs Elizabeth Morrice to William Hier, and a certified extract from the register of burials of the parish church of p. St John the Evangelist, co. Brec., recording the burial of William Hier, 1 June 1855.
