Brec., esq., (Nov. 1828-1 May 1845), and then of Elizabeth Morrice of Ffrwdgrech, his sister and heiress (May 1845-16 May 1846), and then of William Pearce and Mary Church Pearce his wife, of Ffrwdgrech (May 1846-29 Sept. 1854): that no payment was made during that time by any of them, of an annuity of £50 bequeathed by the will of John Longfellow of the town of Brecon, gent., made 16 May 1816 and proved 9 June 1823, to Mrs Elizabeth Bonville, otherwise known as Mrs Elizabeth Morgan or Mrs Elizabeth Lloyd; that indentures dated 10 Sept. 1783 (see No. 6), and 14 Sept. 1785 (see No. 8), remained in the custody of his employers 1828-54, and that no acknowledgement of a mortgage debt of £1,000 (see Nos 6 & 8), was made by any of them.
