An incomplete volume containing extracts from the Scriptures and from early Christian writers, and notes on theological and religious subjects. Also included in the volume (ff. 253-254) are accounts of disbursements on behalf of Mr. Trevor, 1718.

Statement on Fifth Monarchy Men,

A draft by Morgan Llwyd, 17 April, 1657, of a statement on the Fifth Monarchy Men. Also included in the volume, being originally attached to the statement, is a leaf containing an exhortation not to forerun the steps of Jehovah.

Original bundle of papers relating to the freehold property called Riverway, purchased by Janetta Townsend, wife of Wilfred Thomas Townsend, from Wayneflete Holdings Ltd in 1936. Also includes a copy agreement for sale of the Esher Place estate by Edgar, viscount D'Abernon, to Richings Park Estates (1928) Ltd, 1928, printed Memorandum and articles of association of the Esher Development Co. Ltd, 1931, and an abstract of title (1894-1934) of Wayneflete Holdings to freehold lands at Esher, 1935. A 1934 agreement for sale is altered in pencil as a draft agreement for sale of Riverway between Mrs J. Townsend and Mrs Edith S. Westley, wife of [blank] Westley of Friars Cottage, Clive Road, Esher, 1942.
