Montgomery to deliver possession to Margaret, who was the wife of Evan David ap David of premises in Brynglace and Pentirch, recovered against William ap Rees ap John at the Great Sessions held at Pool on 30 April, 1632 and to present the said William ap Rees at the next Great Sessions to pay the said Margaret £17 7s. 6d. which was adjudged to her for her damages and costs which she sustained by reason of the withholding of her dower, of which the said William was convicted.
