Carmarthen, quoting a decree of the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster, and ordering the sheriff to imprison divers persons named in a schedule annexed (No. 647) and to keep them in prison until they paid debts specified in the schedule annexed; to value the property of the persons named within his bailwick, and to levy the specified debts by sale of their property.
