Deed whereby Charles Wynne Griffith Wynne of Foelas, co. Denbigh, esq., conveys to Hugh Pierce of Garthgogo in the parish of Abergele, same co., farmer, for the sum of three hundred and fifty pounds, certain lands called Caenbedw, containing 7a. 2r., in Abergele aforesaid, etc., for one year at a peppercorn rent, to enable him to take a grant and release thereof. Denbigh, to his wife, Margaret Holland, for life, then to his grandson, William Holland Wynne Holland, second son of his (the testator's) daughter, Mary Lloyd Wynne, wife of John Lloyd Wynne, and disposes the dealings in respect of property in the parishes of Eglwysfach, Llansaintfraid Glan-Conway, and Llanelian-in-Rhos, and messuages called Brynrhyd and Ffrithlwyd in Eglwysfach.
