Papers relating to the special meeting called in an attempt to de-select Peter Temple Morris as the Conservative candidate for Leominster as a result of his involvement of the resignation of Margaret Thatcher. They include the petition submitted to the constituency association, notice of meeting, briefing notes, plans of the room, Peter Temple-Morris' notes and written statement and letters relating to strategy at the meeting and the aftermath.

Macleod and Positive Europe groups,

The Macleod group was a Parliamentary grouping within the Conservative Party, formed to promote the one nation agenda. It was a later incaration of the Lollards group and took its name from Iain Macleod who was a government minister and chairman of the Conservative Party. It later became the parliamentary wing of the Conservative Mainstream group.
